Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, tags, and manuals (if applicable).

• Not show any signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Items returned without their original packaging or in used condition may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange. This includes:

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

• Products returned after the 7-day return period.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange for a replacement or exchange when applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items that are lost during transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard return policy.
